M Hotkey: When symmetry is turned on, this key can now be used to snap a flipped shell over the top of its mirror image half. Ctrl I/K Hotkey: Can now specify an angle threshold for the tagging of similarly oriented edges.
R/Shift-R/Shift-F Hotkeys: If mouse pointer is positioned away from any shells, these hotkeys now prompt for a rectangle select so that multiple shells can be processed in one go. Changes to existing tools: Repaint: Can now repaint from and to multiple UV tiles, plus added support for EXR Half format (16bit) image files. Behind the scenes its just moving the UVs about, but it allows you to line up an existing texture with the geometry in a more intuitive way.
